Terms of Service

ORDERS:

Products are made to order and may take 4-6 to ship. After a product is made it is usually shipped within 1 week of completion. 

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.


Customers in Canada
We ship via Canada Post. We select the cheapest option to keep costs down. Within Canada we offer tracking numbers with every order. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items. 

Customers in USA
We ship via Canada Post. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it is the safest. 

International Customers
We ship via Canada Post. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it's the safest. 

Customers wishing to pick up orders 
For customers who wish to pick up their item(s), please select "local pickup" at checkout.

PAYMENT
We accept nearly all methods of payment.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all wood, leather and pottery is different, not all products will look the same. This is the beauty of real natural materials. Each item is unique.
